Energy Drink Model Search Contest Rules:

Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who are of legal age to work in the modeling industry in their respective location.

Submission Requirements: Participants must submit a minimum of 10 pictures showcasing their athletic appearance in sports apparel and business clothes. Submissions should be made through the designated online portal along with the required entry fee of $20.

Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

Athletic and energetic appearance (25%)

Ability to wear sports apparel and business clothes confidently (20%)

Relatable "people next door" look (20%)

Photogenic qualities and presence in pictures (15%)

Overall appeal and suitability for the brand (20%)

Selection Process: A panel of judges, appointed by the company, will evaluate all eligible entries. They will review the submissions based on the judging criteria mentioned above. The top entries will be shortlisted as potential winners.

Notification of Winners: The selected winners will be notified via email or phone within a specified timeframe after the contest ends.

Contract and Compensation: The chosen models will be offered contracts for video commercials, flyers, and life-size cutouts in stores. The contract will specify the terms of the engagement and compensation of $100,000 per year, starting from the date of signing the contract.

Publicity and Consent: By participating in the contest, all entrants agree to allow the company to use their names, likenesses, and submitted images for promotional purposes related to the model search, without additional compensation.

Intellectual Property: Participants retain the rights to their original photographs. However, the company will have the right to use the submitted images for promotional materials as outlined in the contract.

Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with the contest rules, contain inappropriate content, or violate any laws or regulations will be disqualified.

Legal Compliance: The contest will be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to modeling, advertising, and consumer protection.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the contest will be resolved through negotiation and, if required, by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

Amendment and Termination: The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the contest at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

By participating in the energy drink model search contest, all entrants agree to abide by these rules and decisions made by the judges and the company. The contest is subject to all local laws and regulations.
